Liability Waiver<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Participants acknowledge that VR experiences may involve physical movement and virtual environments, which carry inherent risks.<\/li><li>Immersive Realms is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by participant actions, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions.<\/li><li>By participating, you assume all risks associated with the VR experience.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by Immersive Realms.<\/li><li>Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and at the discretion of Immersive Realms.<\/li><li>Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund or rescheduling.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.
